The Landings Detached Single-Family Residential Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (“The Homeowners Association”) consists of 108 homes (members) in the development commonly known as the Landings. The entire sub-division consists of the Homeowners Association and six (6) individual Condominium Associations.

The Homeowners’ Association Board consists of five (5) elected members meeting at least four (4) times during the year to address a number of general issues. Board members listed below are available to answer homeowner questions and concerns.

  1. Budget and assessment for the Association membership
  2. Approval of architectural changes
  3. Review of potential violations of the Covenants and Restrictions
  4. Initiating actions for failure to pay dues, filing liens and foreclosure proceedings

The Landings Racquet and Swim Club, Inc. is organized to provide an entity responsible for the operation and administration of the Recreation Center, Pool and Common Land and for the collection and disbursement of funds from all associations and formulation of rules and regulations for the Recreation Center, Pool and Common Land. The Racquet and Swim Club Board consists of one representative from each of the Condominium Associations, six (6) elected representatives from The Homeowners Association and one representative appointed from the builder. The Racquet and Swim Club meets the first Wednesday of every month in the Recreation Center at 7:00 PM and any homeowner is invited to attend.

The Landings Homeowners’ Association meets annually in the Spring and from time to time conducts special meetings as needed. All homeowners are invited to this meeting. Elections for Board member and Racquet and Swim Club representative vacancies and other business are conducted at this meeting.

Condo Phases 1-4 (#1-68) are under Renner Management. Condo Phases 5-6 (#69-100) are with Lawrence Management.
**Lawerence Management is also the company that Racquet and Swim Club use.
